3、 Structure:
The CZX titanium pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pump, and its size and performance comply with DIN24256/ISO2858 and API610 standards. The pressure acting on the shaft seal of the pump is compensated by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impeller. The shaft seal can be sealed with soft packing (which can be cooled or not cooled), or with various structures of single or double end mechanical seals (which can be balanced). Ball bearings are durable and have ample shaft diameter to ensure smooth operation. Some specifications of the pump body are designed with double volute shells to balance radial forces. The bearing frame consists of a shaft, impeller, packing box, etc., forming a composite component, so that the pump body does not need to be removed from the pipeline during maintenance.
